Bruce J. Crass, Jr. Co-Founder, President
Mr. Crass, as a co-founder of NET, has been serving the role of President since the company’s inception in 1993. Mr. Crass along with Mr. Williams founded Network Engineering Technologies with the vision of becoming the country’s leader in technology integration services and solutions by providing customers with world-class network infrastructure service and support.
Bruce possesses over 15 years of IT and telecommunications management experience. Prior to founding NET, Bruce managed network administration, desktop computing, campus security and worldwide telecommunications for Nicolet Instrument Corporation (now Nicolet Biomedical). While at Nicolet, Bruce was responsible for realizing significant cost reductions throughout various functional areas.
As President, Mr. Crass has been instrumental in leading the development of NET’s sales and marketing strategies designed to build NET’s sales organization, brand image and increase market share. Crass oversees all aspects of NET’s strategic activities including corporate strategy development, long-term planning and policy.
Mr. Crass is a strong supporter of social causes and charitable actions throughout the community. Several of his charities include Gilda’s Club of SE Wisconsin, Make a Wish Foundation, The Dane County Humane Society, University of Wisconsin Athletics and the Middleton Fire Department. Bruce has been a member of The Madison Club since 1993.
