Chief Executive Officer

Irv Williamson was appointed Chief Executive Officer in September 2009. Williamson has over twenty-five years of management experience serving both Fortune 50 and mid-sized entrepreneurial organizations.

Prior to joining Network Engineering Technologies, Mr. Williamson was the Managing Partner of Growth Guidance Solutions, a consulting firm dedicated to helping business owners achieve profound, measurable results. Prior to Growth Guidance, Williamson was a Financial Leadership Partner at Tatum LLC, the nation's largest provider of CFO services. While at Tatum, Mr. Williamson provided interim leadership to privately-owned companies in a variety of industries.

Throughout his career, Williamson has helped organizations succeed by resisting bureaucracy, facing up to reality and passionately developing its talent. By relying on the strengths and talents of individuals at all levels within the organization, Mr. Williamson sees optimizing human potential as the ultimate competitive advantage.

Mr. Williamson holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth, an affiliate member of the Illinois CPA Society and a counselor for SCORE, a volunteer resource of the Small Business Administration (SBA).
