Certified Service Professionals
NET Certified Service Professionals (CSP) encompass our network of Certified Technicians or Field Engineers who have demonstrated expertise in their fields. Located across North America, CSPs provide NET with a strong network of partners skilled in multi-vendor technology integration as well as in the diagnosis and resolution of service issues.
The CSP designation is awarded to those partners who are dedicated to providing the highest quality support solutions with world-class customer service on every call. NET employs a stringent partner pre-qualification process in which candidates are screened across multiple categories.
CSPs are continuously evaluated and rated on a number of criteria from quality of work performed, timely resolution of issues and overall customer satisfaction. Our Certified Technicians or Field Engineers must maintain an overall customer satisfaction rate at all times in order to remain in the program.
When customers view the CSP icon, they can be assured that the NET professional deployed to perform onsite installation or support is a qualified professional who has passed rigorous screening procedures, possesses the requisite certifications and/or skill sets and has made a commitment to delivering world class support services.
