AV Site Surveys

NET provides private-labeled site survey services including remote surveys for basic video conferencing rooms to comprehensive onsite surveys for complex audio visual (AV) or telepresence rooms and suites. NET can utilize our pre-existing site survey template or utilize your pre-defined form. Our onsite survey services are typically divided into 2 phases - an onsite information gathering phase and a meeting to review the results. Site survey results and images taken during the visit are stored within our secure web-based Vantage℠ portal.

Features

• Depending on the scope, NET may document the dimensions of the room and the location of furniture, available conduits, room materials, color, lighting and sound issues
• NET may document the room layout, network/power information and take pictures of the room environment
• Following the survey, NET can make recommendations on general room layout, electrical requirements, monitor size and placement, lighting, wall treatments and/or color and acoustical treatments
