NET-Certified Technicians
NET’s field network of trained and certified technicians are leaders in voice and data infrastructure installations and services. NET currently has a network of over 2,000 highly skilled local technicians available across the US, PR and Canada. With the availability of a large network of technician-partners, NET is able to provide clients with the most qualified technician, with the right certifications, at the right time.
NET employs a stringent technician screening process with ongoing training and quality checks to ensure that our clients receive exceptional customer service, fast response times and the highest quality of workmanship and technical expertise on every job. To become a NET-Certifiedsm technician, candidates are carefully evaluated on various technical competencies, skill sets and business practices. Candidates must also pass a standard background check, meet minimum insurance requirements and maintain credit worthiness.
Certified technicians receive quarterly audits on their quality of work, responsiveness and overall performance as well as periodic onsite audits by NET field management personnel to ensure that our company’s high standards of quality are being upheld.
