What is your warranty on structured cabling systems that NET installs and maintains?

NET installs all structured cabling systems per client specifications outlined in the project’s scope of work (SOW). NET provides a full warranty and provides complete testing results as requested after installation. Manufacturers’ warranties on structured cabling vary but typically average between 20-25 years.

Do you use subcontractors to perform your work?

NET utilizes a mobile fleet of dedicated full-time NET technical project managers. These project managers provide onsite supervision and support to our customer sites nationwide. NET also utilizes local field technicians to aid in providing 24/7, 365 technical support with 4-hour or less emergency response times. Do you have any quality assurance processes in place?

Do you offer service level agreements (SLAs)?

Can NET provide back-up Help Desk support for our corporate office's IT department?

NET can provide back-up or primary Help Desk support depending on your needs. NET also provides Level 1 and 2 technical support and remote troubleshooting services with 24/7/365 availability.

Can NET provide staff at our corporate site for the duration of our project?

Yes. NET can place a dedicated account manager at your corporate headquarters for the duration of your project. NET account managers will be the go-between NET and your offices, ensuring a constant, open line of communication.

I do not see a certification that our project requires listed on your site.

NET has provided a short list of certifications our staff presently holds here. If you do not see a certification that is required by your project, please contact us. If we do not hold that certification, we will do everything we can to obtain the certification in a reasonable timeframe.
