NET PMI® PMP certified project managers provide continuous communication throughout your project’s lifecycle to ensure your project is delivered on budget and within the agreed upon timeframe. NET manages, plans, directs and coordinates all activities throughout the evolution of your project from concept to completion.
Our project managers provide a single point of contact with total accountability and maintain constant contact with NET-Certifiedsm field technicians as well as your staff. Daily or weekly meetings and reports can be provided to keep you completely up-to-date on project details and timelines. Our online project management tool, Vantagesm, also allows for 24/7 real-time access to project information. NET can also coordinate and manage work activities of other vendors when requested.
The NET-Perform Methodology
From your project’s inception, your NET project management team will work with you to evaluate your needs, plan and procure the materials your project will require, facilitate in schedule planning and deploy the labor and other resources necessary for complete, worry-free project implementation.

The NET-Perform methodology is a systemic approach to project management that NET has refined over the years. Our NET-Perform project management methodology is primarily derived from the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) internationally recognized Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
