Delivering quality projects on time and on budget is our focus for every project we undertake. In order to provide the highest level of quality project management, customer service and output, NET performs regular quality audits as well as promotes ongoing technician and staff training.

BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDD®)
NET employs full-time RCDD-certified engineers on staff to ensure that the design, implementation and integration of your voice, data and video systems follow and exceed industry standards and best practices.

PMI® Project Management Professionals (PMP)
Obtaining the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute’s PMP certification program demonstrates NET’s project management expertise and ability to bring projects to successful completion.

NET-Certified Technicians
Prior to becoming a NET-Certifiedsm technician, candidates must pass a stringent pre-screening process. Once approved, candidates go through another qualifying process before performing any work for NET and our clients.

NET-Certified technicians are continuously trained across a multitude of technology platforms through on-the-job training as well as through manufacturer-sponsored training on cabling solutions, safety training programs and standards including BICSI training. Technicians also receive quarterly onsite audits by NET senior technical project managers to ensure our standards of conduct and quality of work are being upheld on the job site.

Customer Satisfaction
Client satisfaction is our number one goal and priority on every project. NET ensures that projects are meeting or exceeding your expectations through continuous communication between NET’s project management team and your project point person or team. Clients are also given access to Vantagesm, our online project management tool enabling 24/7/365 real-time access to pertinent project information.

Continuous quality improvement checks and audits help NET to fine-tune and perfect our customer service levels, methodologies and overall business practices so that we can deliver the most cost-effective and seamless projects. To aid NET in this venture, we provide a customer satisfaction survey at the completion of major projects. NET utilizes the feedback received from these surveys to assist in our continuous quality improvement processes.
